Visit us on Facebook! www.facebook.com/humaneswa MEET HANK This irrepressible 2-year old handsome fellow is an adorable mix of playful and fun energy and endearing sweetness – and he is absolutely irresistible! Our striking Hank is an American Bulldog mix, with a predominately smooth white coat and big black circles around both eyes, which makes him look a bit naughty, even though he’s as sweet as they come. Hank currently weighs about 56 lbs. and is a medium-to-large sized dog. Hank was pulled from our local animal shelter where he had been picked up by animal control and was never claimed. Hank has a lot of energy but is super sweet and friendly and has the ability to calm down quickly, loves attention and getting pets, and generally just wants to be close to people. He loves to chase after a ball, but he hasn’t quite mastered the art of fetch yet…he just likes to run after the ball and then keep on going! But his favorite thing is to be the recipient of love and attention…he gets so excited about affection that he does a whole-body wriggle that is simply the cutest! Hank’s personality is happy, energetic, and fun - and he just wants to be loved on by his person. Because of Hank’s energy level, he will certainly need a fenced yard if left outside unattended at all, but he is not to be an outside dog only as he definitely likes to be with his people. Hank should make a wonderful family pet and should be fine with children 10 and older, maybe not younger ones that he may accidentally knock over with his size and bouts of exuberance. He is great on a leash and has done well with all the other dogs he has been tested with. We have started on his crate training and he is great on a leash. Hank is up to date on his vet care, is heartworm negative, and has been neutered and microchipped. He is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. No bones about it, this uniquely handsome boy is hard to resist, so come meet Hank and be prepared to lose your heart! Our adoption fee is $125.
