This is a wonderful dog, and I'm not sure why she isn't getting any interest. She's very difficult to get good picture of, due to the merle in her coat. She is a super dog, so obedient, excellent with children, perfect leash manners, good basic obedience in place and totally housebroken. She is a good farm dog too, she does give the chickens a little chase now and then, as well as the cats, but it's in fun, not animosity. Wonderful, fully trained older girl (at 7yr) who would make an fantastic family companion. Not alot of exercise needs, just good clean fun with a ball or rope toy suffices for her. ***********************************************************************************************************************IN 6-22-09. Rescued from a local kill shelter. She'd been impounded as a "stray at large" with a shiny, new light pink vinyl collar with rhinestones on it. She was held for 13 days, without anyone coming to claim her. Her coat was in deporable shape, as were her teeth. She had a small cyst on her short tail and an eye infection. Funny how people will spend the money on a new shiny collar, but not put any ID on it, or have their pets medical needs met. Fresh grooming, dental cleaning (with 5 extractions) cyst removed from her tail and now she's on the mend. SUPER dog, extremely loyal, obedient and grateful. Housebroken, great with all the other dogs here, cats, and kids too. Nice, short GSD type coat. ONe blue eye and one brown. Tall, but slight of build. Bobbed tail. Aging her around 7 yrs.
