Gus

Gus is a lovable female 5 month old Husky/Beagle mix puppy. He was surrendered to the shelter with another dog and cat when their former family lost their home at the Base when the landlord didn't pay the utilities. The family had only 7 days to leave their apartment and find a new place to live. They could not find a new home that would take their pets. A very sad situation for the family and their pets.
Gus is a good boy who is a little nervous just coming to the shelter with all the hustle and bustle. He is use to other dogs, cats and kids however would be best placed in a home with older kids to adult. He's a gentle boy but just a little shy. He is working hard on his potty training and doing well. He likes to play fetch and loves to be petted and loved. It's time that Gus finds his loving 'forever home' and family, where he can be the wonderful family pet he was meant to be.
