Say hello to Gus! He is a one and a half-year-old, 14 lb Chihuahua mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA to find a better life.
Gus appreciates the simple things in life and would thrive in a quiet, calm home without small children. He has just experienced a big life transition, and understandably, he comes off as shy and unsure. If he's feeling especially anxious or backed into a corner, he may fear nip to get your attention that he is stressed. However, this sweet boy has a heart of gold and once you've gained his trust, your lap will never be cold again.
We think Gus would be equally happy soaking up all your attention as an only child or sharing the spotlight with a canine sibling. He's looking for his forever home- one filled with sweet snuggles and lots of love.
Due to his shy nature, we are looking for a standalone home for him in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city.
Gus is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.
