Gunnar is a handsome dude with a happy-go-lucky attitude. Almost 2 years old, Gunnar is a gentle soul who is very loving and will give face-bathing kisses until you start laughing and push him away. While a bit shy at first with new people, he'll be sure to melt your heart with a bit of patience and even demands hugs from his foster parents throughout the day.
While he loves having a chasing party with his friends and playing with toys, he also equally enjoys cuddling up for a nap and prefers to spend his downtime indoors. Gunnar really thrives with a routine and once he gets the hang of it, will follow without being asked.
The ideal home for Gunnar would include at least one canine sibling and a family who will take the time to train him. He is extremely smart and knows sit, leave it and off. Still, counter surfing is his favorite offense, but it’s hard to be upset or give a stern face when he is wagging and bouncing around in happiness.
