My Story

#A5631845 Guera is an adorably chonky marshmallow with the most gorgeous golden eyes. This big girl is sweet but strong - she loves seeking out affection and will lean into you for attention and reassurance, all 80 pounds of her! Guera has a medium energy level and is just as perfect for snuggles at home as she is for playtime at the park or outside on a hike. She is also good with other pups and could make a wonderful pet sibling. And perhaps most charmingly, Guera is not afraid to "talk" when with her humans - she can be particularly vocal when curious about new things or people. Come check out this chatty chubby lovebug today! 4 year old white pitbull 80 lbs spayed female - is a little chubby, so could stand to lose a little weight UTD on shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/11/24 as an owner-surrender - we don't understand why, as this girl is such a sweet treat! Seeks her human's affection, and loves to lean in for attention and reassurance Medium energy level Knows basic commands like sit Really likes treats - could easily be motivated to learn more Seems to be potty trained Good with other dogs, not bothered by them at all Is a talker with people, and when she's feeling curious! Big and strong - could use some additional leash training ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal's ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.
