Guapo (8)

Hello! I am Guapo (8), a large-sized, handsome dog (my name actually means handsome in Spanish!) with short black and white hair. I have already been dewormed, vaccinated, and I will be neutered soon. I arrived at a residential area, where some kind people started providing food for me, until one day I was attacked by two dogs. My new friends couldn't leave me to fend for myself, so they quickly took me to the vet to get medical attention. Since then, I've been living in their yard. However, I can't stay here forever because my canine host doesn't like being around other dogs. I am very noble, affectionate, and playful, and also well-mannered. I don't like to relieve myself in the yard, so they take me for walks to the park twice a day to do my business (which my humans, of course, clean up). In general, I am friendly with other dogs. I also occasionally spend time with a kid whom I’m very fond of, and I take my role as his protector very seriously. I love being around people, so I get extremely excited whenever someone comes over to pet me or play with me. I love running and sometimes chewing on shoes, so it's best to keep such objects out of my reach. I hope to finally find a loving and responsible family that will take good care of me!
