Meet Gronk!
Gronk was pulled from our partner shelter, Whatcom Humane Society. He was found running around as a stray with another dog on a river bar. Due to recent overcrowding at the shelter, Gronk was set to be euthanized, and we just couldn't let that happen. He's estimated to be around two years old and 115 lbs.
Since he was found as a stray, we don't have any information on his history, so his new family should be prepared to take things slow. We discovered that he enjoys being around people and meets strangers well. He's a bit of a snuggle bug, too! Gronk would do best in a home with experience with large-breed dogs and a steady/predictable routine. He would do well with another female dog in the house that matches his energy & play style.
