Grizz is a beautiful longer haired Rottie, possibly a mix who has had a life of cruelty. Grizz is estimated at 8 to 10 years old, he is sweet with the volunteers. He loves attention and he walks easily on a leash. Grizz is neutered, vaccinated and ready for adoption. He was rescued after being abandoned and left to starve to death (last pic is from when he was found). Out of 6 dogs he is the only survivor. He has probably never felt what it’s like to be a normal dog who is loved and admired by his humans (and if he has it’s been for short, rare periods in his life). Humans have failed this dog over and over, yet he is still sweet as pie and seeks out affection. Grizz has spent most of his life confined to a kennel so we are unsure of what manners he has ever learned. I hope someone can find it in their heart to give him a chance.
