DOG'S DESCRIPTION:
Meet Grim, the entertaining and lovable canine companion you've been searching for! This four-legged dynamo is here to add a dash of joy and laughter to your life. Grim is a connoisseur of zoomies, and his playful antics are bound to keep you entertained for hours on end. One of Grim's favorite pastimes is indulging in belly rubs, and boy, does he know how to enjoy them! When he's in belly rub heaven, he lets out adorable snorts reminiscent of a little piggy, adding an extra dose of charm to his already endearing personality. While Grim is a true social butterfly with humans, he has developed a bit of a grumpy disposition around other dogs. As a result, he would thrive as the sole pet in your home, soaking up all the attention and affection you have to offer.
Grim's energy is contagious, and he would love a home with a fenced yard where he can unleash his boundless enthusiasm, running and playing to his heart's content. A couple of walks a day would not only contribute to his physical well-being but also provide the perfect opportunity for him to learn proper leash etiquette. Once you lay eyes on Grim's crazy antics and handsome charm, be prepared to fall head over heels in love. This one-of-a-kind pup is ready to become your loyal companion, bringing laughter, love, and joy into your home. Don't miss out on the chance to make Grim a cherished member of your family!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
