This little cutie is Grif and he is a special boy in search of a special home. Grif spontaneously went blind a few months ago and he's still learning how to adjust to a life without sight. Losing his sight has meant that Grif's personality has changed and so have the things that he likes and feels comfortable with.
Grif needs to be picked up to go up and down stairs. He is selective with dog and cat friends since he has to rely on other senses. Loud noises and sudden movements make him uncomfortable, and for this reason Grif would not do well in a home with small children and would definitely prefer a calmer, quieter environment. Once he thinks you are his person you are IN and he would love to spend all of his time with you and be near you as much as he can. Grif loves to snuggle, destroy, I mean play with toys and go for walks. He needs assistance not bumping into things on walks but enjoys going on them. He is the sweetest little man, he just needs some help feeling safe.
