I am a young GSD puppy who was found with my brothers and sisters abandoned in Charlotte, NC...sadly, our mother was nowhere to be found. We have all seen a vet in Charlotte and are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, Bordetella and have been microchipped as well. I am a very sweet puppy who they say I am very bright as well. I like everyone and everything and I get so excited to learn new things and meet new people, but then we all are. I and my brothers and sisters will go to our new homes under a spay/neuter contract, which means that you will be required to get me altered at the age of 12 months. It's been proven that early spay/neuter causes multiple cancers and other related illnesses along with joint issues as well as we age. My body needs to grow for the first 12 months and allow me to be the best version of myself that I can be. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own.
