My Story

GREY Hi, I'm Grey! My foster parents call me a goofy newfy and they are probably right. I am a 1-year-old Landseer Newfoundland. I currently weigh in at 130 pounds and the vet says I'll get bigger, maybe closer to 150 pounds. My previous owner could not keep me due to some family issues, and my foster family, although they would love to, can't keep me because I am just too big to have around in combination with their other two big dogs. I love everybody and I love to be around people. I am housebroken and know a few commands, although my foster mom says that I could use a bit of obedience training to helpme be not so rambunctious! I get along great with other dogs and I absolutely love kids. I just have to be careful not to knock the little ones downwhen I get excited. If you think you might be interested in being my forever home, my foster parents want you to know that I am a "huge" commitment (I need LOVE, baby), and that you should do some research about owning a Newfy before applying to adopt me. For more information about my loveable self, you cancontact my foster mom at [email protected].
