Gretchen

Meet Ms. Gretchen! Gretchen is a female giant schnauzer who forgot to read her birth certificate! We have been told she is 8 years old, but Gretchen doesn't know it. She is a healthy and very active black giant schnauzer. She would do great in a home with people who are very active. She is such a sweetheart andvery friendly. She is about 80 pounds and 26 inches at the shoulder. She does appear to have a fairly high prey drive and is not good with cats nor would we place her with small dogs. She has an American coat but the body of a working giant. Gretchen came to us from an older couple who adore her, but he had a stroke and she has to have very serious surgery and they were simply unable to care for her. Giving her up was not something they wanted to do. Gretchen comes from a very loving home and needs to find a new home that will adore her every bit as much. Gretchen is a very special lady who is waiting for you to contact VSGSR about her. She says she is ready and willing and has many years left her just to share with you.
