One year old Gracie may be a little girl at 53 pounds, but is definitely a size large when it comes to fun and companionship!

Her foster family is thoroughly enjoying her: "Gracie is doing so well here . . . . and you would think she was one of the family really. She and our Lab Pepper have grown as friends and my husband is very fond of her. She is just a great active yet mellow young lady.

"She is an excellent hiking and swimming companion and yesterday she decided to learn how to paddle board with me! She just scrambled up uninvited as no other dog I know would dare! Just shows how brave she is and what a water girl we have. We have upped our swims to about 3 miles and she loves it. I cannot convince her or Pepper to sit it out.

"Yesterday we had a house full of friends and Gracie was a most excellent soccer playing companion and made sure feet all had a chance at kicking the ball a foot or two. I have never heard so much giggling and parents were delighted to relax as the little lab nannies took over!"

Gracie is housetrained, knows sit, can shake with either paw and comes when called. She's very attentive and is good both on and off leash. Out on walks she is sweet, gentle and delighted to meet you.

Gracie loves to play tug, has a soft mouth and is a great ball fetcher who will drop the ball on command. She loves to play with other dogs; she's ready to romp with her younger foster sister, yet very kind to her senior foster brother.

Young Miss Gracie is one very fun, playful and sweet little girl who is looking forward to lots of love in a home she can finally call her very own!
