Gordon-- Cute!

He's too cute! Gordon is a purebred Border Collie, about 9 months old, and loves to herd! He was a stray picked up by Animal Control and rescued by CARES when his time was up. We had forgotten how busy Border Collies are, but we have plenty of dogs for him to play with.

Crate trained and house trained. He gets along with people, dogs, cats. He just wants to herd everyone. Some of the dogs have put him in his place, which is great. They are not sheep and don't need to be herded!

Loves to relax in the evening and snooze while family watches TV. He tries to snuggle up with you, but that lasts about 30 seconds! So funny!

If you like Border Collies, Gordon is a must see. He will steal your heart!

This dog's adoption fee is $250 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies (if over 4 months old), Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (if over 7 months old) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
