I'm on a wild goose chase to find my forever family; one that's ready to give me lots of time, patience and love! I’m Goose, a loveable 40 pound, 9 month old black Labrador Retriever. My early days were a bit ruffled, coming from a local hoarding situation. Because of that, I’m pretty sweet but still a bit skittish and timid. Right now, I find comfort in my crate, which my foster family has lovingly dubbed the “Goose Cave.” I’m house and crate trained, but will need continued training for my leash skills. I need a home with another dog, as having a fur friend helps me come out of my shell. A fenced yard would be ideal since I love being outside and am used to plenty of space to explore. I may be cautious, but I’m also inquisitive and eager to learn. With the right family who understands that earning my trust takes time, I’ll eventually come out of my Goose Cave and show my true, affectionate self. So, if you’re ready for a journey filled with patience, love, and plenty of outdoor adventures, I might just be your perfect companion. Let’s make some quack-tastic memories together! My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
