My Story

UPDATE 10/06/03 - Godiva passed away on 10/04/03 and went to the Rainbow Bridge where she will never have to suffer anymore. It was very hard losing Godiva, she was sick for 2 weeks and fought so hard to live. She was so weak but still found the strength to hold her head up every morning when I would wake up and look over to her and call her name. I am only happy that now she will be in a happy place and not have to suffer. I wish her owner had been more responsible and she had at least 1 round of shots before going to the pound. That could have made the difference between life and death and at $4 a shot, that's not much to ask for. 10/02/03 - Godiva is currently on hold due to possible Distemper and Pneumonia. Will notify if she is adoptable. Godiva became sick over the weekend. Please pray for this sick little baby to get well. Godiva is one of three female pups in this litter of Pappilon mix pups. She is tiny at 4.4 pounds and about 10 weeks. She is one of the quieter pups but loves to run and play with her sisters and one brother. She has had her first round of shots, has been dewormed and is a tiny fuzzy ball of black fur with spots of white and has tan markings on her front legs and face. She is fine-boned like her Papillon mother and looks like she will have the curly pap tail and butterfly ears. Come and meet Godiva this weekend at WLR Petco on Chenal Parkway across from Target, Saturday and Sunday 12-6.
