Gizzie is a female Sheltie mix who is estimated at 3 years of age. Gizzie has been displaced from her forever home due to a change in family circumstances and is now in need of another family to love ASAP! Gizzie weighs around 30 lbs and she is really Sheltie size but she is a little overweight and could stand to lose a couple of pounds. Gizzie loves to just lay at your feet and be loved on. She would be a great companion dog for an older couple though she does well around children and other dogs. She does prefer to eat alone but does enjoy the company of other dogs when not eating. She is a little shy at first but not to the extent that it is a problem. She just has a timid personality which is common to the Sheltie breed.
