Hi World... I'm Giorgio and I'm an 18 month old Dandie Dinmont. Mom says I have the most exquisite eyes and eyelashes and I have a way of looking at you that will make you melt! I like people and kids, get along well with other dogs, am loving and very energetic (you can see that in my smile!) My foster Mom says I'm learning to be housetrained (she takes me out a lot and I am learning to love my walks - the more, the better!) When it comes to being playful... well, that's one of the things that I do best. I love to play with my balls and toys, go for car rides and snuggle with my family. I would also love to sleep in your bed – and cuddle all night long… however I am learning to sleep in my crate for now. Mom says that I'm not a barker but will let you know if someone comes to the door. She says when I wake up in the morning I like to have a “conversation.’ I tell her all about my dreams from the night before and make her start the day with a big smile. When I want to play I engage my foster brother so he’ll pay attention to me – and I can be pretty darn funny. To get him going I sometimes ‘borrow’ his chewie – then we chase each other around the house until we’re too tired to move! The most important thing for you to know is that I thrive on - and need - company. My perfect home would have people around most of the time, can have another doggy brother or sister. Mom says I can also be an only dog, as long as I have the company of my family.
