Gilbert is a red & white male basset who came to BHRG from Griffin. He was being kept outside in a pen with two other bassets because his owner became ill and could no longer care for the dogs. Gilbert is up-to-date on his shots and is neutered. He is about 4 years old. Gilbert is very friendly but can get a bit stressed with other dogs in new situations. He knows how to use the dog door.
