My Story

Meet Norman and Gidget! This bonded pair was brought in last week as an owner surrender. Gidget (white) is 6 years old and Norman (brown) is 8 years old. They are so close! Norman follows Gidget around EVERYWHERE! Gidget is a happy, happy gal. She loves to roll on her back for belly pets. She adores her people! Gidget is not fond of being picked up and she will let you know. She does need to lose quite a bit of weight. Because of her weight, she has either a luxating patella or a torn acl. We are currently waiting for her appointment to get xrays! She’s a little chubby girl! Norman takes time to warm up to new people, but it helps when Gidget is there to show him it’s okay to trust new people.
