Gideon Male Border Collie Mix DOB: 11/22/14 Gideon is a smart, curious dog. He loves going on walks, exploring the dog park, and visiting with staff around the property. He can be a little reserved when meeting new people. However, he ultimately wants to please and has the potential to be a loving, loyal companion. He knows how to sit and shake, and is willing to learn much more if you have a treat in your hand. He is easily one of the staff favorites due to his sweet personality. Gideon would do best as an outside dog, as he has a tendency to mark. He would also do best with an adopter who understands his independent and intelligent personality. Gideon is very gentle and loving, but we believe he will do best in a home without any children. -- Living Free is a non-profit animal sanctuary nestled in the San Jacinto Mountains, just 10 minutes away from the town of Idyllwild, CA.
