Gibson is another unfortunate puppy that has been lucky enough to find a temporary foster. It's hard to imagine that a beautiful purebred Great Dane puppy would be in need of a home, but that is just what has happened to sweet Gibson. His original owner did not take good care of him and called Petsmart to give him up!
Gibson is only 4.5 months old and came to us very skinny and in need of healthy meals and vet care. His foster mom has done a wonderful job with him - he is gaining weight; is being crate trained; is doing well on his puppy training (and housebreaking). He is coming out of his shell and is becoming a happy, well-adjusted boy. He still has a few spots on his skin as he was covered with fleas when he came into rescue, but he is on Missing Link food supplement and he is healing nicely.
He has been neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, wormed and been given LOTS of TLC.
Gibson is looking for a home that has plenty of room for him to run and play, preferably a home with Dane experience as they are such a wonderful breed, but are BIG babies! He likes people and other animals.
