My Story

This is GIANNA! We think she is a Plott Hound and Boston Terrier mix. As of November 2023, she is 2 yrs 7 months old and weighs 43.5 pounds. According to her foster, she is “such a good girl!” She is a joy to have around and she is excited to find her the forever home she so deserves. She is super sweet!! She will be your best friend. She loves dogs and kids. We don’t know about cats. Her daughter, Genesis, is available for adoption too, in case you’re looking for a duo pair. She is leash trained, so she will be a great walking buddy. She is crate trained. She is working on house training as well and is doing great. GIANNA is fully vaccinated, neutered and 4DX (heartworm) negative. If you feel that GIANNA is a good fit for you/your family, please complete an application from our site, miraclesforsatosrescue.org. Feel free to email us with any questions at: [email protected] __________________________________________ PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopter’s home and schedule. Thank you for understanding.
