Hi! My name is Gertie. I'm a 8lb chi mix born 5/15/2015. My owner passed away and the good people at SPSPCA took me in. I was in decent shape except for my teeth. Unfortunately, they had to remove several of them. However, this has not hindered my love of life. I can be alittle standoffish at first but once I feel safe I'm loving and loyal. I love to follow my human around and snuggle on the couch with them. Running and playing outside are the high lights of my day but please never leave me outside alone. If you are looking for an older girl with lots of life and love to give, I'm your girl. My adoption fee is $175. That includes my spay, microchip, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm preventative with monthly preventative. I am eligible to go on a 1 week home visit to make sure we are a good match.
