Georgie is a purebred Walker Coonhound. She is estimated at 4-5 years of age and is larger in size than most female coonhounds. Georgie was brought to us after family said she wandered into their home and delivered several puppies. They placed the puppies and then brought Georgie to the shelter. Georgie has obviously had several litters of puppies in her day as evidenced by her large teets. Right now, she is very fat and sassy. And no, we had her checked and she is not pregnant. Just fat. Georgie would love to find a place to live out the remainder of her life where she can just rest and do what hounds do best. She would be an excellent pet for children as she is sweet and mellow.
