This girl is looking for her forever home! Gem is a lovely dog. She is very affectionate and loves to follow you around the house. She is mellow and sweet and good with kids. She prefers women, but is absolutely fine with men also.
Gem LOVES stuffed toys and chewies and is always trotting around with something in her mouth. She loves to play tug-on-the-rope and is ever so gentle at this game. She also likes to play chase and catch in the back yard and this is a great energy-burner for her. Gem enjoys her walks, but is a bit of a puller! She would be a great running partner for someone who likes to keep fit!
Gem would be best suited to a home without other dogs. She is not aggressive, but gets very excitable and can be a bit too puppylike and full-on for a lot of big dogs. Puppies seem to love her since she's just a big pup herself, and she plays very well with them!
