Our Volunteers use up valuable time answering questions, when the answers are readily available on our website. Our adoptions come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
We are a foster-based rescue. We do not have a facility. MEET & GREETS FOR DOGS IN ONTARIO WILL ONLY BE ARRANGED ONCE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION IS APPROVED. THANK YOU!!!

OUT-OF-TOWN Dogs with NDR refer to dogs we have saved that have yet to make their journey to Ontario. These dogs are currently in our care with the help of our partners in the area. These dogs will all travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found.

Good with women: yes
Good with men: yes
Good with children: yes
Good with other dogs: yes, she has experience with dogs of all sizes. However, since she's more accustomed to smaller dogs, I suggest introducing her to larger ones very gradually. Fryda tends to be initially scared around bigger dogs, so a slow introduction is necessary for her to become comfortable.

Backstory:
I believe Fryda escaped from her captivity because when I found her, she had a chain around her neck, indicating she had been chained up. It seems likely she was used for breeding because she had large and sore teats. Now, she is happy and healthy, eagerly awaiting a second chance to live with a loving family forever.
Personality: Fryda is a delightful girl; she's incredibly kind, tender, and loving. She's also very smart and obedient, responding promptly when called. Fryda enjoys lying down in her bed next to mine, relishing being petted and having her tummy rubbed. I recommend a family that enjoys camping and outdoor activities, perhaps with teenagers who can take Fryda out for runs. However, Fryda would also fit well with a family in their 50s because she's highly adaptable and well-mannered.
