Frodo is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who just turned 3 years old. He is sweet and cuddly, loves to watch TV on the couch for hours at your side, and to go for long walks. Likes to be with people a lot. He is playful and enjoys wrestling w/ other friendly dogs and chasing balls (tho doesnt usually bring them back!) He walks nicely on a leash, is housetrained and crate trained, and knows sit and down. He gets along well w/ other dogs, tho he does try to herd them a bit, being a typical Corgi. ** He is red and white, is 12 inches tall and weighs 27 lbs. *** Frodo would do best in a home w/ experienced adults who will continue to train him -- his busy mind needs a job. He will do some resource guarding, so the owner must feel comfortable managing that issue. He also has been somewhat of a spoiled brat at times! *** We of course require a securely fenced yard for all dog adoptions (and not the shock collar based "invisible fencing system.") ** For more info on this breed, please go to www.PWCCA.org
