Name: Freemont Best Guess for Breed: Maltese and poodle mix Best Guess for Age: 6 months as of August 2024 SEX: Male Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!): 11 pounds as of 8/6/24; he is still growing Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested Currently Living at: Shelter. Freemont needs a foster or forever home! Special Adoption Considerations: Freemont comes from a commercial breeding operation and has never lived in a home before. The breeding operation has shut down, and this adorable pup has a chance to learn what it's like to be a real dog! Freemont is Looking For: I just got out of a not so awesome place and I am ready to enjoy my FREEdom. I'm just a puppy and I want all the good things that all puppies want - play time and cuddles! I'm also looking for long sniffy walks and romps in the park and all the adventures my humans can dream up. And I'd love to go to puppy school to learn how to be the bestest boy. I'm looking forward to knowing where I belong, knowing I'm safe and loved, and being a loyal companion. I won't grow to be really big so maybe you and I could see about the whole lap-dog thing too. Puppy Vetting Requirements: Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be "fully" vaccinated. It is the adopter's responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
