About Me
Characteristics
Playful, Friendly, Smart, Energetic, People Pleaser
You may recognize me from my recent starring role as a food truck food tester and wanna be driver (video coming to a cell phone near you soon, I'm sure). I'm Freeman, an 80-pound, labrador/terrier mix boy. In addition to my film stardom, I've also graduated from the Pups for Parole training program. I have all the basic training necessary to make a great companion. I will need a family willing to continue my training, asI sure don't want to forget all that I've learned!
If that's not enough, I get along with everyone, from dogs, to kids, to pigs. In addition to all of my Pups for Parole training, I'm also house, crate (XL heavy-duty, please) and leash trained. I'll need a loving, active family who has a big, privacy-fenced yard and time for us to enjoy each other, at play and at rest.
My adoption fee is sponsored (no fee to an approved adoptive home) and includes my neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit www.rescueonespringfield.com/our-adoption-process/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*

*Remember, dogs are pack animals. Because of this, Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes. Pets are family and are not disposable. Please make sure that you are 100% committed to a pet before considering adding one to your home.
