Freddie has had some rough days up until the time he arrived at the Shelter. He was chained ouside and left for periods without food or water. Freddie is a little shy of folks right now and how can you blame him? Once he is out on a leash with the volunteers and he knows they care about him, he warms up real fast. Freddie came from another shelter where eventually he would have been euthanized. Freddie is 1 1/2 years old.
