Freda is a Border Collie mix who is six years old. She is still gaining confidence but has proven to be a kind, gentle spirited girl. She loves people and REALLY likes children. She is learning to walk on a leash but would still need help with training. While Freda and what she brings to the world is priceless, due to her age, she will receive an adoption discount.
