Fred is a fawn colored little man who was born on a farm. His foster says '[he] was the runt, so it takes him a bit to warm up and he's always last out, but [he has a] good personality.
He enjoys cuddling and playing with stuffed animals and has a very chill energy. 'Fred' does mean 'peace' after all.
Fred also gets along well with other dogs and children.
