Fred was found with his 5 brothers and sisters with their dachshund mother in a rural part of Jefferson County. The mother escaped. Fred has been boarded at a local vet's office, had his first round of shots, wormed and is ready to go to his new home. As of this date August 30, Fred weighs 5 pounds.
