Fred is 1.5 years old, 50 lbs.
He received a spinal injury early in his life. Neurology dept at CARE evaluated him and said the injury was too old to fix.
He is adapting and can go on short walks, can negotiate a stair, cannot run but can lead a fairly normal life
He adores other dogs and follows their leads. He is special needs but just needs dogs that won't bowl him over.
