My Story

What do you get when you cross a Lab and a Standard Poodle? Me! My name is Fred and I'm a male Labradoodle who was born on January 18, 2006. I am up to date on shots, neutered and heartworm negative. I’m new to the CAAWS program and was previously in a home since I was a puppy. When my human mom and dad had a baby, I proved to be “not-so-good” with small children, so mom and dad had to lovingly surrender me to CAAWS for the safety of everyone involved. With that being said, I cannot be placed in a home with small children or other small animals since I am so energetic and don’t understand how to respect small ones. If there aren’t any small children or pets in your home currently and you love to go for walks and have the love and attention from a large, sweet dog that is never in a bad mood, come on over to the CAAWS building on Saturday and ask to meet Fred.
