Freckles

Update 10/21/05 Mr. Freckles is available for adoption. His foster family has decided that he requires more time than they have for him. Beagles are scent hounds, and tend to follow their noses. Mr. Freckles would like a family that will provide him with basic obedience training, a fenced yard and lots of time and love, so that he does not get bored with himself. Mr Freckles is a full blooded red-ticked beagle. His pictures do not do him justice, he is so cute! His ears are long and his eyes are light. He is so well-behaved and super sweet. The shelter he came from listed him as 1 year old. He appears to be a little older than that maybe 3 or 4, but for a Beagle, that is pretty young, they tend to have long lives! Mr. Freckles is being fostered in Manchester and is looking forward to having a family of his very own for the first time! His foster family says that Mr. Freckles is a comedian and quite goofy and provides hours of entertainment!! He loves to play with other dogs and likes to steal toys from them when they aren't looking and hide them if given a half a chance.Mr Freckles knows a couple of commands that he will listen to occasionally, because he was a stray for so long, he would benefit from some obedience training to learn how to acclimate him to listening to humans. He is a Beagle and needs containment. He likes to follow his nose and either needs fencing or leash walked.

Mr Freckles enjoys other dogs and kids. We don't know about cats yet. He is not very big and probably weighs about 20 lbs or so. He has been fixed and is ready to go!
