Freckles was turned in to the county shelter by his owners who had him over 10 years...he was very confused about why they would abandon him. But moving and allergies with their new baby were the reasons they gave. Poor Freckles almost was put to sleep at the county shelter, but we wanted to give him a second chance and not die alone at the pound for no good reason. He is still in very good health, gets along great with other dogs, is small for the breed and has a very sweet, loving and happy go lucky personality.
