My Story

Franklin was picked up running today on Franklin street. Franklin was wearing a red collar and dragging a pinkish colored leash. Franklin is believed to be approximately one year old. Franklin is a very loving boy who is quite the lap baby. If Franklin's owner does not claim him, he will be available fo adoption on December 1st.
