Franklin is approx 9 yrs old. We believe Franklin has had a rough life, he is very hand shy. He is anice little boy however he was born with a congential defect. He has seen 2 different vets who say he is fine as he is, and surgery is not recommended. Please come meet Franklin & see past his defect & see the great litlle guy he is!
