ADOPTED!
I was rescued from a shelter where I had been waiting and waiting for someone to adopt me. When the shelter started filling up with more strays, I was afraid that I might be put to sleep because they needed my kennel space for the new dogs. Fortunately, a nice rescue group saved me just in the nick of time, and now they are looking for the perfect home for me. I weigh about 25 lbs., I'm about a year of age, I'm just now perfecting my potty training, and my foster mom says I'm am very sweet and loving. I'm up to date on immunizations, I'm heartworm negative, and I've even been microchipped. I get along well with other dogs and would like to have a doggie playmate in my new home. (I like cats too, but sometimes I tease them a little, just for fun.) My foster mom thinks I'd enjoy a home with a fenced yard (please, no "invisible" fencing) and I'd love to be adopted by someone who isn't gone to work all day every day. I know a lot of dogs live this kind of "latch key" life, but I would be kind of lonely being alone all day, and would prefer to have someone to take me for walks, play games with me, and maybe even take me to obedience class. Wow! That would be my dream come true.... Are you the special person I've been waiting for all this time? If so, please e-mail Gloria at
[email protected] and she can tell you more about me.

read more about our rescue's adoption policies and fees. We do not operate a
humane society or shelter, so we do not have a facility that is open to the
public. Our dogs are fostered by volunteers in private homes, and are not
available for viewing until an adoption application is filled out and references
are checked. Please read the information on our home page (by clicking on our
rescue name below this dog's photo) before contacting us.
