Frangi Cay is a darling mixed breed weighing in at just 8 pounds. She is a spunky, happy, small sweetheart. Her favorite activities include eating, playing with her BVI foster sister, cuddling with her foster mom, playing with her toys and sitting for treats!

Adoption fee includes DHPP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian.
