Meet Fran! Fran is a Jack Russel Terrier mix who was born around 06/28/2020. Fran is around 19 pounds Can be a very shy girl but she gets along great with other dogs no matter their size Would do better in a home with no cats Would be great in a calmer home She is a great young lady when walking on a leash! Up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives, spayed, and heart worm negative Please apply to adopt Fran TODAY: Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport.
