Meet Fran! Fran is a Jack Russel Terrier mix who was born around 06/28/2020! She is around 19 pounds, is up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives, spayed, and heart worm negative. Here's what her foster has to say: "Fran is a happy-go-lucky dog with a heart full of love. She has a gentle soul who cherishes her independence and finds solace in her own company. Fran's quiet presence and serene demeanor makes her a truly special companion. She gets along great with other dogs her size and would be better suited in a home without cats. Fran came into the foster system with a few challenges, the result of a past filled with uncertainty and instability. But with patience, understanding and the dedicated support of her foster family and The Artemis Project, Fran has made remarkable progress. Frannie would thrive in an active household where she can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. She'd be a great fit for individuals or families who love spending time outdoors. A fenced yard would be a must, as she enjoys spending her day lounging around in the sun. While she may have some special needs, she's more than worth the effort.
