Found by a wonderful volunteer, Mama Golden had protected her babies very well in an old fox den. She was being fed by the volunteer to try and rescue her. The time came when the den was found to dig them out - 5 beautful golden babies - the picture is of them when they first were found. Now they are washed, have had the fleas removed, their first set of shots and are resting in the a/c. They are 6 weeks old and just fantastic. More information to follow.
Flash is aptly names -not for his speed but for the white blaze down his nose - he loves to be held and cuddled. Mum is a golden and the pups look to be also but we do not know who the father is he has not been seen.
