Hi there! My name is Fiona, and I am a sweet beagle girl around 9 or 10 years old. I spent most of my life outdoors, so I am really loving this inside life. Comfy beds and extra cuddles from humans...what else do you need in life?! I am doing great with my house training as long as my foster family sticks to our schedule. My favorite things are going for walks and cuddling in my human's bed (see the photo...I am IN HEAVEN!). Unlike most beagles, I am not really food driven. I care more about people pleasing than I do about yummy treats. I am pretty chill most of the time unless I see one of those pesky dogs walking on my street! Then, I like to alert the whole pack that someone is invading our space. I am okay with other dogs once I settle in, but in my past life, I had to get pushy with other dogs to eat. Sometimes I revert back to that defensive behavior. Because of this, I would really like to be the only dog in my forever home. I think this would help me be less stressed. All our dogs live in foster homes, so a meet and greet will have to be scheduled with the foster family. HoundSong Rescue dogs are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. HoundSong Rescue also offers Fi Collars for an additional $100 fee. Fi Collars are GPS collars with many other features we find valuable when owning a hound.
