Fiona is such a fun girl with lots of energy. She was adopted back in August and returned due to "not having time for her". She is approx. 1 yr old. Fiona is playful, friendly and active. She will need some obedience training and leash work as she does like to pull. She is crate trained and house broken, good with male dogs, and would be best in a home with older kids.
*** From Fiona's foster mom:
"Fiona is very friendly and loving, loves to snuggle and take naps with her people.
She goes into her crate easily (I just say "Crate!"). We give her meals in the crate, otherwise she'd probably eat everybody else's food.
She's very much still a puppy and can get into puppy mischief. She is a strong chewer and likes fabric (throw pillows, pillowcases, duvet covers, etc.) Although she'll probably grow out of it (our Huskies all did) her new family will need to be aware. I've been taking our bed pillows and comforter off the bed every morning so no problems since.
We're working on the jumping up, but because of her size I wouldn't recommend a family with very small children (although she'd never intentionally hurt them).
She's VERY food motivated and will do anything for a treat. She was gulping her kibble so quickly that I got her a slow feeder which has helped. That can go with her to her new family when she gets one.
A fenced yard would be a huge advantage unless someone is committed to walking her 3-4 times a day. "
