Fernando was abandoned and lost. He is blind in both eyes so you can only imagine how terrified he was until he was rescued. Fernando is about 10-12 years old and he weighs only 10 lbs. He needs a loving and responsible family that can compassionately care for him. He has lots of pep, he loves to cuddle in blankets, be held, and explore.
